Due to the digital nature of font software, all sales are generally final; however, we are happy to assist with technical troubleshooting or exchange requests if a license was purchased in error. Please ensure you have reviewed your cart carefully before completing your lettering software transaction.
Verify Technical Issues
If you are experiencing installation errors or file corruption, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase to receive a replacement file.

Email our licensing department with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate a manual review of your return request.
License Deactivation
If an exchange is approved, you must provide written confirmation that the original font files have been deleted from all workstations and storage devices.
Receive Exchange Credit
Upon verification of your request, we will issue a store credit or a direct download link for the corrected font style to complete the exchange process.
